She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Butler and Clara Peters Butler; her husband Leon Chapman; her siblings, Phillip Butler, Edward Butler, Clara Elizabeth Butler-Medley, Eleanor Butler-Wills and Agnes Butler-Brown; and her children, Samuel Louis Mackall Jr., Benjamin Mackall, Monday Mackall and Wannetta Mackall-Medley.
She is survived by: her sister Mary; and her children, Thomas Mackall, Rachel Johnson, Mary Mackall and Hilda Jones. She is also survived by grandkids, great grandkids and great great grandkids.
