She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Frank W. Tibbetts, Jr.; her sons, Bruce W (Charlene) and David M; her grandchildren, Sheri, Brandon, Kristen, Byron and Sarah; and her mother MeeMee. She was also cherished by her family and the many close friends and neighbors.
