She is survived by: her husband Irvin Surley; her children, Lynette Lee and Nicholas Surley, Sr. (Casey); her grandchildren, Eric Lee, Jevon Lee, Terrell Lee, Nicholas Surley, Jr., Kiarah Lawrence (Jaylen), KadayJah Surley and Zhane Surley; her great grandchildren, Ty'Yana Lee, Illyana Lee, Amari Surley and Giovonni Lee; her brothers, Claiborne Mosby, Dennis Mosby and Thomas Mosby, Jr. (Lisa); her siblings-in-law, Alice Whitrow (Kermit), Cynthia Goodwyn (J. Boisseau), Eleanor Hill (Robert), Joyce Surely, Barbara Mosby, Samuel Surley (Rose), Benjamin Surley, Warren Surley, Wayne Surley (Francine) and Herbert Surley (Gloria); and her friends, Keith, Juanita Campbell, Dorothy Harris and Tiffany Friend. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
