She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Miller Ballem and Gwyneth "Gwen" Riddell; her aunt Grace Ballem; and her uncle John Ballem. She is survived by: her husband Linwood Baldwin Tabb III; her daughters, Lauren Ashley Tabb and Lindsey Erin Tabb; her grandson Eli Ray Tabb-Scott; her brother Peter Ballem; and her cousins, Elliot Pausjenssenand Kate Chase, Carol Thompson and John Woodward.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St Stephen's Episcopal Church (6000 Grove Ave, Richmond, VA 23226).
