He is survived by: his wife Dianne Hamm Worthington; his sons, Kenneth A. Worthington Jr. (Kim), Steven M. Worthington (Susannah) and Brian T. Worthington (Stacey); his grandchildren, Conner Worthington (Elisa), Gavin Worthington, Andrew Worthington, Jason Worthington, Hannah Worthington, Evan Worthington and Nicholas Phillips; his great grandchild Cole; his sister Audrey W. Turnage; his niece Diane Turnage; and his nephew John Turnage. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
