She was predeceased by: her daughter Stacy Parker; her husband Bobby Parker; her brother Keith Dobson; her parents, Alma Lynn and Kendric Dobson; and her granddaughter Torri Mackin.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Bray (Brad) and Anthony Mackin (Della); and her sister Pamela Hemp (Dan). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Joyce Parker, age 73, of Chesterfield, VA lost her battle to Alzheimer's Disease surrounded by the love of her family on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
