He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. Smith; his daughter Katherine L. Martinez (Walter Martinez); his granddaughter Stephie Martinez; his siblings, Damon, Lenore, Adine, Gay of Karen, P. W. and Sue; and his nieces, Tonya and Sandra.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (6900 Hull St Rd, Richmond, VA 23224). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dale Memorial Park (10207 Newby's Bridge Road, Richmond, VA).
