He was predeceased by: his wife Rosalie O. Hines. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl H. Shaw (Chris), Dale H. Chevalier (Stephen Roszell), Karen Weeks (Mark Green) and Sam Hines (Judy LaBrie); his grandchildren, Brandon Shaw, Lindsay Shaw, Kevin Shaw, Brett Weeks, Chase Weeks and Ian Hines; and his close friend Kitty Smith. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
