He was predeceased by: his father John R. O'Connell. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy B O'Connell; his children, Wren Ward, Jack O'Connell and Patrick O'Connell; and his siblings, Ed O'Connell, Bobby O'Connell (Phyllis), Paul O'Connell (Debbie), Dennis O'Connell, Jackie Bates (Ken), Diane Becker (Ken), Susan Bunch (Raymond) and Karen Gayle. He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews; and cousins.
