He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Sprouse Sr. and Maria M. Sprouse; his brothers, Clarence E. Sprouse Jr. and Lloyd K. Sprouse; his daughters, Gidget L. Sprouse and Ashley L. Sprouse; and his aunt Heidi Bowen.
He is survived by: his children, Julie D. Sprouse, Kimberly J. Sprouse Johnson (Jesse) and Jerry Lee Sprouse II; the mother of his children Linda E. Sprouse; his stepchildren, Duane E. Cave and Aimee M. Duncan (Dennis); his siblings, Hedi Hawley (Toby) and Michael W. Sprouse (Dawn); and his uncle Ryland Bowen. He is also survived by numerous cousins; twelve grandchildren, and six great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
