He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Franklin Chandler and Gladys Lewis Chandler. He is survived by: his significant other Trudy Chandler; his children, Tommy Chandler (Emily) and Christy Hunter (Timothy); his grandchildren, Peyton (Scott), Noah and William; and his brother Kenny Chander (Pat).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service (6500 Iron Bridge Rd, Richmond, VA 23234). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery (10300 Pridesville Rd, Amelia Court House, VA 23002).
