Phipps, Harold M. Phipps (Linda), Dale E. Phipps (Pam), Paul M. Phipps (Karen) and Lisa M. Phipps; his grandchildren, Harold M. Phipps Jr. (Corin), Jason W. Phipps (Carli), Paula M. Montaque (Alex), Kimberly A. Taylor (Justin), Edward J. Palko III (Whitney), Paul M. Phipps Jr. (Beth), Elizabeth M. Phipps, Karen Lynn Phipps (Jazz) and Pauline A. Phipps (Brandon); and also, Marianne Slavic and Sue Wagner. He was also cherished by 17 great grandchildren.
