She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Hazel and John Glen Belvin, Sr.; her former husband Curtis Conway Gentry, Jr.; her husband William Perry Butler; and her brother James Baxter Belvin.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Gentry Harrell (Tommie), Karen Gentry Temple, William Curtis Croft (Pauline), Matthew Albert Harrell and Patrick Leland Harrell; her great grandchildren, Gunner and Asher Croft; her brother John Glen Belvin, Jr. (Margaret) of Thomasville, Georgia; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Gentry Owens and Dorothy Butler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
