He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kollatz and Ruth Kollatz; and his brothers, Bob Kollatz, Richard "Dicky" Kollatz and James "Jim" Kollatz.
He is survived by: his wife Lorena Morris Kollatz; his children, Sharon Sutler (Kevin) and Harry Kollatz, Jr. (Amie); and his granddaughter Mya Sutler. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
