He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Martin Fleenor; his parents, Sara M. Fleenor and Gordon M. Fleenor; and his siblings, James H. Fleenor and Lois M. Fleenor.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard (Lisa) and James Fleenor (Bonnie). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Providence United Methodist Church (901 S Providence Rd, Richmond, VA 23236). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Harold's name to The War Memorial Of Virginia, Children's Hospital at VCU or Providence United Methodist Church.
