He was predeceased by: his parents, George Winn and Mattie Winn; and his siblings, Frances Jackson, Hazel Carmichael, Marie Davis, Charles W. Winn and Billy Winn.

He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Jean Wade and Gloria Dean Waller. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made out to the V.B.G & C.M.F. Inc P.O. Box 25038 Richmond, VA. 23260.
