She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack David Layne, Sr. and Loretta Doss Layne. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas B. "Tommy" Wheeler; her siblings, Jack D. Layne, Jr. (Freda) of Appomattox and Dale L. Weakley (Steve) of Appomattox; and her nephew Ryan Weakley of Spout Spring.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Robinson Funeral Home (667 Court St, Appomattox, VA 24522). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
