He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Revere and Jack Wade; his stepfather John Revere; and his daughter Rita Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Teresa F. Wade; his daughter Crystal Owens (Chris); his stepbrother Jimmy Revere (Cher'ie); his stepchildren, Nikki Jones (Brian), Shannon Jefferson and Derek Garretson (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Kayla, Marshall Jr., Donovan, Briana (Andre), Harley, Neveah, Trinity, Serenity, Patience, Gabriel, Bradley, River, Tripp and Jaxon.
