He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Cobaugh, Sr. and Mildred Allen Cobaugh. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Cobaugh and Donald Cobaugh, Jr. (Michael Baskerville); and his caregiver Priscilla. He is also survived by Cousin; numerous family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (6900 Hull St Rd, Richmond, VA 23224). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Clover Hill Baptist Church (3100 Courthouse Rd, North Chesterfield, VA 23236).
