He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lee Dungans; his parents, Ohna Mae and Leon Dungans; and his siblings, Louise Robinson, Mae High, Ruth Hudson and Herbert Dungans.
He is survived by: his son Wayne Garber (Mary); his sister Ellen Pearce; his grandchildren, Matthew Garber (Lauren), Carey Lehner (Rob) and Amanda Satterwhite (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Asher, Jack, Charlotte, Emmet, Isabelle, Penelope and Corbin.
