She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pappas and Edith Marie Justice Pappas; her sisters, Betty Joan Price, Christine Collins and Linda Skeen Santolla; her son William Todd Fulton; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Frazier Hovenac.
She is survived by: her sister Shirley Crowder; her children, Patricia Fulton Meacham (Lanie), Keira Fulton-Lees and Eric Norman Fulton; her grandchildren, Tiffany Fulton, Bradley Fulton and Tyler Meacham; and her great grandchildren, Grayson and Skylar Garmon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
