She was predeceased by: her mother Ila Featherstone; her stepfather William T. Featherstone; her father Albert F. Hanna; and her brother Kenneth Hanna. She is survived by: her husband George Wayne Appelman; and her daughters, Susan Wiggins (Mark), Caryn Freiberg (Kevin) and Cheryl Hamilton (Mike). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
