He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Elbert Bullock and Louisa Dosseray Bullock. He is survived by: his significant other Andrea Bigham of Eagle Rock; his children, Desiree Bullock, Charles Ethan Bullock (Kyrie) of Simpsonville, SC, Dylan Bullock (Amber) of Covington and Kent Bullock of Covington; his sisters, Shirley Vazquez of Fort Myers, FL and Kristina Overbeck of Richmond; and his grandchildren, Falyn Long, Arrow Bullock, Jacob Bullock and Liam Bullock. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.
