With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Jane Higginbotham of Chesterfield, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 26, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Betty Jane leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Betty Jane may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reese Fitzgerald and Retta Fitzgerald; and her son Arnie Higginbotham. She is survived by: her husband Nathan Higginbotham; her daughter Kena Gwinn (Chris); her grandchildren, Dallas Higginbotham (Brandi) and Britni Higginbotham; and her great grandchildren, Allie Higginbotham and Reese Higginbotham.
