It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ellen Tunstall of Chesterfield, Virginia, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Vaughan, Sr. and Evelyn Francis Smithers Vaughan of Chester, Virginia.; her siblings, John "Winston" Vaughan, Jr. and Virginia Frances Oden; and her husband Frank Morris "Pete" Tunstall.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Ann Harris (Mike), Owen Lee Clark, Jr., Sandra Lynn Hill and John Preston Clark (Teresa). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
