He was predeceased by: his parents, Genova Johnson and Joe Green; his grandparents, Alberta and Paul Quick; his siblings, Billy, Marion and Clara; and his daughter Shelia Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Nathan Quick (Tracy), Dr. Quincy Quick (Michelle), Quan and Qiana Merritt; his grandchildren, Mikaela, Nekwan, Nakaylah, Nakahri Crenshaw, KeJuan Merritt, Ja'Mes Merritt, Khalin, Gray Quick, Kenard Ricardo and Justin Williams; his children, Nakhi Crenshaw and Sapphire Azriel Crenshaw; and his siblings, Maria of Charlotte, NC, Genova of Washington, DC, Helen, Betty, Louise, Sarah of High Point, NC, Shirley, Grace of Laurinburg, NC, Paul and Roy of Laurinburg, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
