Robert V. Phelps Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert V. Phelps of Chester, Virginia, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on September 1, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hector Phelps and Addie Belle Phelps (Covington). He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his brother Bill (Bece); and his children, Rob (Allison), Natalie (Jay) and Chris. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
