He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Burton and Leola Galusha; and his wife Carolyn Webber Galusha. He is survived by: his sister Sandra G. Matthews (Noah); his children, Debra G. Folster (Robert Schley) and Robert Brian Galusha (Joy); his grandchildren, Meghan F. Tarabay (Vladimir), Jonathan R. Folster (Ashley), Chad and Cassidy Galusha; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Caroline Folster, Brantley and Willow Tarabay.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ivey Memorial United Methodist Church.
