He was predeceased by: his grandfather Carl J. Smith; his brother Marti Eugene Smith; and his parents-in-law, Justine and Curley Potts. He is survived by: his wife Deneen Lee Smith; his son Corey Smith; his parents, Phillip Smith and Elizabeth Smith; his sister Angie Smith Argueta (Jose); his grandmother Janie Lucille Smith; and his sister-in-law Lynn Gravitte. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
