He is survived by: his wife Alison Collins; his father Garrett Collins; his sons, Joshua Collins and Zachary Collins; and his siblings, Debbie Gibson (Ken), Diane Siner (Tom), Donnalee Johnson (Ben) and Garry Collins, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
