She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon LeRoy and Mamie Jeanette Crowder. She is survived by: her husband John Haddon Thrift, Jr.; her son John David Thrift (Catherine); her granddaughters, Grace and Ella Thrift; and her siblings, Rebecca C. King (James), Leon L. Crowder III and Robert Crowder. She is also survived by two nieces; and two nephews.
