It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jane Scott of Chester, Virginia, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Burke and Agnus Chapmen; her husband Robert Andrew Scott; her son Glenn Andrew Scott; and her grandson Alexander Justin Schoessel.
She is survived by: her son Robert Phillip Schoessel; her grandchildren, Glenn Andrew McCollum and Victoria Renee Balducci; her great grandchildren, Brandon Robert McCollum, Nathanial Andrew McCollum, Zachery Scott McCollum, Tori Rose McCollum, Carli Michelle McCollum, Ivan Alexander McAdams, Curtis Samuel Balducci, Matthew Owen Balducci and Tanner Provolov; and her siblings, Bonnie Lee Wixom and Thomas Ray Chapmen.
