We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2022, at the age of 88, Nira Comer Wade of Chester, Virginia, born in Virgilina, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Z. Comer and Lizzie W. Comer; her son Charles E. Wade; and her siblings, Cralle Z. Comer, Alberdine C. Gaston and Evelyn C. Newcomb.
She is survived by: her husband Berley E. Wade; her children, Michael R. Wade (Dawn), Suzanne Jara-Almonte (Carlos) and Sarah Simmons (Chris); her sister Carolyn C. Lawson (William) of Midlothian; and her granddaughters, Kristen, Lauren, Madelynn, Samantha and Elizabeth.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bon Secours Hospice House or Samaritan's Purse.
