She is survived by: her aunts, Marie Odom and Susan Staley; her siblings, Warren Maxey, Melvin Maxey, Mark Brown, Tasha Maxey-Williams, Latanya Williams, Rasheedah Brown and Laqwetta Brown; her children, Ah-Tavia Maxey, Shaniqua Maxey, Shaquan Maxey, Tyquan Stepehens and Yamin Maxey; her grandchildren, Jade Ruiz, Derrik Greer Jr., La'Kai Knight, Cameron Ruiz-Maxey, Kehlin Greer and Logan Stephens; and her aunt Aretha Staley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
