He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Robert Lykens and Betty Lou Richards Lykens. He is survived by: his wife Denise L. Lykens; his daughters, Deanna, Rachael and Kendall Lykens; and his grandchildren, Alex Flores, Abigail Hernandez, Adrian Flores and Aiden Perkins. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
