He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earl, Marjorie Toombs, Frederick and Arline Chalkley; and his father Frederick Leo Chalkley.
He is survived by: his mother Carol Toombs Chalkley; his brother Chris Chalkley (Cindy); and his nieces, Claire and Ella Chalkley.
