She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tingen and Mary Tingen; and her sons, Mack M. Belcher, Jr. and Jeffrey M. Belcher. She is survived by: her husband Mack M. Belcher; her children, Kathy and Greg Belcher; and her grandchildren, Sharon and Andrew. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
