She was predeceased by: her parent Linda Lois Avelsgard. She is survived by: her grandparents, James Davis, Rachel Davis, Harold Avelsgard and Leona Avelsgard; her parent-in-law Joan Kurtz; her husband Paul Kurtz; her father Roger Avelsgard, Sr.; her siblings, Carlen McAlister, Linda Williams (Joel) and Roger Avelsgard, Jr.; her brothers-in-law, Mark Kurtz (Andrea) and Matthew Kurtz; her friend Marla Hodge; and also, Robert Kurtz, Lindsey and Griffin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
