It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith Richard Melvin Jr. of Chester, Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Keith R. Sr. Melvin and Wanda L. Melvin of Taneytown; his siblings, Danielle Pastros of Virginia, Kerri Dehoff (Joseph) of Union Bridge, Kaitlin Melvin of Taneytown and Kelsey Melvin of Owings Mills; and his nieces and nephews, Brianna Dehoff, Madison Dehoff, Dexton Dehoff, Hudson Dehoff, Cameron Parrish, Liam Melvin and Aaliyah Melvin.
