He was predeceased by: his parents, R. L. "Pete" and Phyllis W. Fulgham; and his siblings, Leonard, Caleb Fulgham and Evelyn Bohner.

He is survived by: his sister Katherine F. Marshall (James D.); his nieces, Tina M. Marshall of Chester and Kathie A. Marshall of Spout Springs; his daughter Tammy Foldesi of North Chesterfield; and his pet Zeus.
