He was predeceased by: his brother Mack M. Belcher, Jr.; and his grandparents, Mary, Jim Tingen, Gordon and Kathleen Belcher.
He is survived by: his parents, Mack Belcher and Mary Belcher; his siblings, Greg Belcher and Kathy Belcher; his son Zachary; his niece Sharon Coleman; and his nephew Andrew Belcher. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
