He is survived by: his mother Virginia Goodrich; his wife Martha Goodrich; his sisters, Paula Williams (Dennis), Wanda Noland (Jerry) and Sue Jennings (Doug); his children, James Robert Goodrich IV (Rachel) and Stephanie Goodrich Barbara (Mark); and his grandchildren, Kate, Jake Goodrich, Olivia and Grace Barbara.
