He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jackson Horton, Sr. and Eunice Burton; his daughter Desiree Horton (DeeDee); and his brother Allen Horton. He is survived by: his wife Donna Reed Horton; his daughter Danielle Hope Horton; his grandchildren, Christopher Adam Austin and Amber Renae Grosshans; his brother Ronald Alex Horton (Robin); his stepmother Brenda Horton-Pulaski; his sisters, Sabrina Dalton and Laura Horton; his brothers-in-law, Timothy Reed, Radford, Jerry Reed-Radford and David Able; his aunt Zenith Taylor (Pulaski); and his uncle Carl Goad (Pulaski). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
