It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Bell Frazier of Chester, Virginia, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James Miller; and her sister-in-law Edna McGhee. She is survived by: her mother Janie Ellis; her grandchildren, Isaiah, Sydney Bell and Avery; her child CJ; her son-in-law Geno; her husband Cortez Frazier, Sr.; her children, Cortez Frazier, Jr. and Jami Vassar (Geno); her mother-in-law Dollie Frazier; her stepfather Andrew Ellis; her siblings, Ella Gunn, Lille Farmer, Tabitha Miller, Aicia Alston, John W. Miller and Dewayne Miller; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Curry, Carolyn Morris, Stephanie Rogers, Leon McGhee and Andrew Frazier. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
