Frances P. Herndon Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2018, at the age of 74, Frances P. Herndon (Chester, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Catherine Draper. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Herndon; her children, Wayne (Jennifer) and Julanne (Scott); and her granddaughter Mackenzie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and sisters and brothers.
