She is survived by: her children, Debra Fitzgerald, Jean Hamman and Sammy Jr. (Valerie); her grandchildren, Robbie Patterson (Pam), Kenny Patterson (Stacey), Matthew Miles (Jenna), Tripp Smith (Gloria) and Vanessa Kimball; and her sisters, Margaret Anderson (Jerry), Barbara Sanford and Peggy Culpepper (Dennis). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
