Florence Aletha Butler Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Aletha Butler of Chester, Virginia, born in Petersburg, Virginia, who passed away on August 25, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Horace L. Butler Sr.; her parents, Lucy Davis Cooley and Leo Milton Cooley; and her grandchildren, David L. Butler, Mark L. Butler and Lisa B. Mooney.
She is survived by: her children, Aletha Oakley, Horace Butler Jr. (Dawn), Ricky L. Butler (Wanda) and Jeffery Butler Sr.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
