He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dean Massie and Carol Sweeney. He is survived by: his fiancé Abbi Stebbins; his parents, Greg Sweeney and Pam Sweeney; his brother Aaron; his girlfriend Kate Porter; his grandparents, Dorothy Massie and William "Bee" Sweeney; his aunts, Lisa Barnett (Grady) and Tammy Chappell; his uncle Andy Sweeney (Angie); and his close friends, Michael Tatum, Seth Austin and Josh Austin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Evan's memory may be made to the Chesterfield Food Bank.
