She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lyons and Joanne Lyons. She is survived by: her husband Michael D. Gunnels; her sisters, Kristina L. Talbot (Mario) and Cynthia H. Lyons-Chambers (Kevin); her parents-in-law, David and Janet Gunnels; her sister-in-law Melissa Katano (Ken); and her nieces and nephews, Kyla, Kirsten (Erik), Samantha, Megan (Jamie), Corey, Nick and Chris.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, NLEOM (National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial) or any animal rescue organization.
