It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Thomas Lowman III (Chester, Virginia), who passed away on October 12, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tom Lowman and Jean Lowman; his siblings, Sarah Martin, Phillip and Debbie Lowman; his significant other Maureen Leister; his daughter Erin; his son-in-law Scott Roberts; his grandchildren, Greysen and Ella Roberts; his great grandchildren, Kaylee and James Thomas Farmer; his stepchildren, Matt, Talia Leister and Alex; his nieces, Morgan, Kendal Ellis and Madeline Lowman; his nephew Steven Lowman; and also, Lili, Samantha Leister, Rachel and Will Turanchik.
